Are You In or Are You Out?

    1. Welcome! I know you will do well losing your extra 20 pounds! We will do this together! In the next day or two, I will post something that will require a reply from you in orderj to figure out your BMR — basal metabolic rate. The BMR calculation will help us to figure out how many calories you should be eating a day. We will also be counting fiber grams, water intake and exercise. I’m so glad you decided to join us! Looking forward to getting to know you a little better!
