Now that I have your numbers, I will figure out your BMRs and get back to you via email. Thank you for being honest and transparent! We’ll do this ….TOGETHER!!

For the next couple days, start writing down EVERYTHING you eat and drink! For the next three days, write it all down. This will get you in the habit of seeing just exactly what we put into our bodies. I know when I did this before, it was an eye opener! This is going to get us in the “mode” to be more mindful when we eat!
