PS: I was at Walgreen’s today buying some contact solution. While I was there, I was sooooooo tempted to buy some chocolate!!! But….I DIDN’T!!! YAY, Me!!! I walked out of there disappointed and proud at the same time. I, instead, bought some Fiber One bars for when I have a “snack attack!” Fiber is soooo important to our digestive system! I will be posting later about all the benefits of fiber. I know a lot of people don’t like to talk about fiber and the digestive system, but it is a critical component in losing weight.

  1. I hate most easy and lowfat breakfasts. So a lot of times I make whole wheat pancakes or toast. I always crave lemon loaf from Starbucks bit it is really fattening and high in calories so everytime I don’t get it I see it as a major achievement.
