Weight Loss Wednesday Women

Okay girls! Tell me what the scale said today! You can just tell me if you went up or down aand by how much! I went down .4! Not a huge loss, but I’m still getting into the routine with all this!

I figure it will take a week or two to get into the habit of documenting what we eat/drink; learning to count calories, fiber, etc.; and to eat less than we’re used to! GRACE!

When you post your progress, also tell me:

If you’re staying within your calories
If you’re eating enough fiber and drinking enought water
And lsst but not least if your exercising for at least 30 mins/day!
